From the likes of Amazon’s Alexa to Apple’s HomeKit, digital thermometers have become more than just gadgets that measure temperature.

In this week’s Best of column, we’ve rounded up the best and worst of new products that hit the market this year.1.

Apple’s Echo Show The Apple HomePod is a connected speaker that will let you use Siri to control all sorts of things.

It has a built-in microphone and speaker, so it can control a wide variety of smart home products, including thermostats, lighting controls, air conditioning systems, smoke alarms and much more.

The HomePod will be released in the U.S. and Canada in late March.3.

Amazon’s HomePod 2 Amazon’s new Echo Show is the second iteration of the Echo speaker, which is built on top of Alexa, the voice-controlled assistant that was recently introduced to Amazon’s Echo lineup.

While the Echo Show has a similar look and feel to the first Echo, there are some differences in the two devices.

The Amazon Echo Show features an integrated microphone that’s capable of performing voice commands.
